The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment of conviction. In the published portion of its opinion, the court held that a juror’s failure to respond to the trial court’s repeated post-trial inquiries regarding the disclosure of her identifying information to counsel could reasonably be construed as a refusal to consent to such disclosure.
