David Lisi, a complex commercial litigation partner at Greenberg Traurig, has left the firm’s office in East Palo Alto, California, to join Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in Palo Alto.

Lisi cited clients he shared with Pillsbury, such as cybersecurity company FireEye Inc., as driving his decision to switch firms. At Greenberg Traurig he often crossed paths with a handful of Pillsbury lawyers, including corporate partner Armando Castro in Silicon Valley and cybersecurity partner Brian Finch in Washington, D.C.
