The court of appeals affirmed a judgment of conviction, but vacated a district court order. The court held that the defendant’s myriad claims of error regarding his convictions for aggravated identity theft and attempted illegal reentry were without merit, but the district court erred in ordering the defendant henceforth to use his true name only.
