Covington & Burling continued to make inroads in California this week, hiring technology transactions partner Catharina Min from Reed Smith for its corporate practice in Silicon Valley.
Min, a well-regarded M&A lawyer who will now be based out of Covington’s office in Redwood Shores, California, was vice chair of Reed Smith’s business and finance department and for a time served as managing partner of the firm’s office in Palo Alto, California.
