Several Am Law 200 firms served as outside counsel for a group of tech deals this week, representing companies such as Apple Inc., Samsung and Odyssey Investment Partners.
Apple will fork over $365 million in cash for its acquisition of mobile security company AuthenTec, according to an SEC filing on Thursday.
