The Fourth Appellate District affirmed in part and reversed in part a judgment with directions. In the published portion of its opinion on rehearing, the court held that Penal Code §12022.7(g) prohibits great bodily injury enhancements with respect to any victims in a case where the defendant was convicted of manslaughter with respect to those same victims.
