The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a trial court order. The court held that a minor’s claim against a county based on its negligence in placing her with a foster parent who molested her could not be deemed timely when it was filed almost three years after she was molested, 18 months after she reported the molestation, and more than a year after the foster parent pleaded guilty and was sentenced for his crime.
