The California Supreme Court affirmed a judgment of conviction and sentence of death. The court held that the evidence introduced at the penalty phase of a murder case was sufficient to show that the accused, who had been found to have murdered her husband for financial gain, had previously also murdered her infant daughter for the same purpose.
