The court of appeals reversed a district court order of dismissal and remanded the action for further proceedings. The court held that a business was a “credit repair organization&# 8221; under the Credit Repair Organizations Act where its advertising merely represented that it could or would sell, provide, or perform a service for the purpose of providing advice or assistance to a consumer with regard to improving a consumer’s credit record, credit history, or credit rating.
