The court of appeals denied in part, granted in part, and dismissed in part a petition for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals. The court held that the modified categorical approach applied to determine whether a petitioner was ineligible for admission based upon California convictions for possessing methamphetamine in violation of Health & Safety Code §11377(a).
