The Second Appellate District reversed orders denying a motion to vacate dismissal orders and remanded the action with directions. The court held in the published portion of its opinion that plaintiffs could appeal the denial of their motion for relief from a trial court order denying their motion to vacate dismissal of their Probate Code petition where the otherwise appealable judgment was entered below without notice to the plaintiffs during a hearing that purportedly had been cancelled.
