The court of appeals affirmed a district court judgment. The court held in an en banc opinion that the absolute disparity test no longer serves as the exclusive analytical measure employed in fair cross-section challenges to jury selection, and that courts may use one or more of a variety of statistical methods to respond to the evidence presented.
