C.A. 4th;

The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment and remanded. The court held that the Attorney General, in prosecuting an action for violation of the Unfair Competition Law and other statutes, was not required to present the testimony at trial of each of several hundred victims and was properly excused from responding to thousands of detailed interrogatories regarding the specific damages suffered by those victims who would not be testifying at trial.
