C.A. 3rd;
C068915
The Third Appellate District affirmed a judgment. In the published portion of its opinion, the court held that where one party completely, but untimely, complied with statutory requirements for the disclosure of expert witness information, that party’s delay did not deprive the trial court of its inherent authority to sanction the opposing party’s complete and unreasonable failure to comply with the same requirements prior to the discovery cutoff date.
