At least for the near future, the State Bar of California won’t be considering a policy prohibiting judges from belonging to groups that discriminate against gays and lesbians.
Angela Bradstreet, president of the Bar Association of San Francisco, had been slated to present the policy for review at the Board of Governors meeting next month, but received a letter last week informing her of the cancellation.
