The panel, which spoke before the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Wednesday evening, included former Solicitor General Kenneth Starr, Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin partner Jerome Falk Jr., and Stanford Law School professor Pamela Karlan.
