Lex Mundi member Basham, Ringe y Correa has recruited a labor partner from another large Mexican law firm as it prepares to help clients tackle a host of challenges including changes in rules for outsourcing and union affiliations.

Basham poached David Eugenio Puente Tostado from Sánchez Devanny, a full-service firm with more than 80 lawyers where he worked for nearly two decades in the northern Mexico industrial hub of Monterrey. Puente Tostado also spent several years at Baker McKenzie, according to his LinkedIn profile.
