Linklaters and its former fintech platform head have been cleared of all allegations made against them by a former firm contractor in the U.K. Employment Tribunal.

The tribunal dismissed all of the claimant’s accounts and concluded that there had been no sexual harassment against the former contractor by firm’s former fintech platform head Partha Mudgil, according to a judgement published on Tuesday.
