Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer hired former Y Combinator general counsel Nicole Cadman as a partner in its Silicon Valley-based emerging companies group.
Cadman joined the firm after almost eight years as Y Combinator's in-house general counsel, before departing in June of this year. Previously, she held associate titles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
