Singapore's RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has added a corporate partner.

Ow Kim Kit joins from the city-state's central bank and top financial regulator, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where she spent the past two years as deputy director responsible for developing and regulating Singapore's wealth management and trust industry. At RHTLaw, Ow will focus on banking and corporate matters with an emphasis on wealth management issues.

In 2013, she joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore from ICC International Court of Arbitration where she was director responsible for promoting dispute resolution services throughout Asia and Australia. Before her second stint with the MAS, she had previously worked for the regulator between 2004 and 2007 as an in-house legal counsel drafting Singapore's banking regulations. Between 2007 and 2010, she worked as in-house counsel in Singapore for Credit Suisse and Canada's Scotiabank.
