Sullivan & Cromwell added two prominent tech mergers and acquisitions partners to its roster on Wednesday, hiring Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom partners Mike Ringler and Peter Jones in its Silicon Valley office, the firm said Wednesday.
