A Georgia judge ruled a police department cannot record the conversations of an incarcerated juvenile. Murder suspect Heath Meehan allegedly made incriminating statements in phone calls from jail. This is the first time a taping was challenged in the state because it involved a juvenile pre-trial detainee.
