There's no shortage of lawyers on either side of a controversial ordinance that's set to go into effect in the Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch on May 22. Barring a last-minute court order from a federal judge overseeing litigation challenging the constitutionality of Ordinance 2903, beginning on May 22 landlords in Farmers Branch will be prohibited from renting to most immigrants who cannot prove their citizenship or legal residency status.
