Mayer Brown lets out surplus London office space as growth strategy slows

Mayer Brown has agreed deals to sublet around 10% of its London office space in 201 Bishopsgate to other law firms. US firm Locke Lord, which launched on 1 February this year with the hire of a seven-partner team from Salans, took on space in Mayer Brown's 182,000 sq ft building in February this year.
