Firms are reporting healthy increases in 2007 salaries and billing rates, according to Texas Lawyer's annual Salary & Billing Survey. Firms of all sizes awarded across-the-board salary increases to lawyers, nonlawyer administrators and nonlawyer support staff. Firms also have slightly higher expectations than last year when it comes to billable hours.
