Ballard Spahr makes a move in the South by acquiring Atlanta firm

Philadelphia-based Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll has acquired the Atlanta law firm Needle & Rosenberg, marking its expansion into the South and the opening of its 12th office. Needle & Rosenberg's 23 lawyers, three patent agents, engineers and scientists serve a national client base in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and licensing and related litigation.
