After federal prosecutors spent more than a month making their case against Tyson Foods Inc. and three managers accused of conspiring to smuggle illegal aliens into the country to work at Tyson's poultry processing plants, defense attorney Thomas C. Law Allowing Guns in Cars at Work Contested

In a unique case that pits fear of workplace violence against the right to bear arms, Oklahoma businesses are challenging a new state law that lets employees keep firearms in cars parked in company lots, claiming the law violates property and due process rights, is unconstitutionally vague and is inconsistent with federal firearm regulations.
