Turning Again to Ropes & Gray, Bain Capital Names Securities Litigator as New GC

Christopher Green, co-lead of Ropes & Gray's global private equity and hedge fund SEC enforcement and litigation group, will become Bain's managing director and general counsel, beginning his transition Sept. 1.
