Retired AT&T Lawyer Files Civil Rights Claim for Hairstylist's SonWilliam Schlecht, who, after retiring from the telecommunications giant, began a part-time business law practice in San Antonio, filed the lawsuit in San Antonio federal court. Schlecht filed it as a proposed class action on behalf of Marcus Barroso, his hairstylist's son, and unnamed others who allegedly also were unconstitutionally confined beyond their sentences.
