Stephenson Harwood Acts on $12 Billion Hong Kong Property Empire Dispute

Nina Wang, who died in April 2007, made out a will stating that the estate of her Hong Kong property empire, worth an estimated $12 billion, should go to the Wang family-run charity. But a legal dispute was set in motion when feng shui master Tony Chan later claimed to have been her long-term lover, and the rightful heir. Law firm Stephenson Harwood is acting on behalf of Deloitte, which has been responsible for running Chinachem Group, the family charity, during the ongoing dispute.
