U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit Judge Jill Pryor ruled that the plaintiffs did not meet the legal test of proving "discriminatory intent" by the Florida Legislature in passing a 2019 law about felons' voting rights because of its effects on low-income minority women trying to go to the ballot box.
