Chasanow of the District of Maryland partially sided with plaintiffs, establishments that consisted of a hotel, restaurants, entertainment venues, and also as a wedding venue, and the plaintiffs were insured with a commercial property insurance policy issued by State Automobile Mutual Insurance Co.
