Cybersecurity startup Arctic Wolf, which has been laying the groundwork to go public next year, announced Monday that it’s brought aboard a legal chief with more than 25 years of executive leadership and legal experience.

Andrew Hill, who most recently advised tech companies while at Tech Insight Counsel, will serve as chief legal officer and general counsel. He’s poised to help the company navigate its financial liability and regulatory compliance as it finalizes financial advisers and prepares for its stock market listing in the second half of 2022.
