Pax8, a cloud commerce marketplace, has appointed Carrie Schiff as its inaugural chief legal officer and part of the C-suite.
Schiff's appointment follows Pax 8′s valuation of $1.7 billion last year, after the company raised $185 million in a funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund, which backs many high-profile companies.
