Former Patreon and Pinterest lawyer Jasmine Singh has climbed aboard San Francisco contract software firm Ironclad, filling the general counsel role held for six years by Chris Young.
Young, who previously was general counsel of GoFundMe, left Ironclad in June, stating on LinkedIn that he wanted to "take a breather."
