The Bay Area ad tech startup Moloco announced on Wednesday that Iris Chen has stepped down as deputy general counsel of Airbnb to become the machine learning company's general counsel.

Chen had spent more than four years at Airbnb, where she oversaw a team of more than 45 legal professionals. Before that, she spent 14 years at Google, rising to vice president of legal. There, she managed more than 145 attorneys and contract managers supporting Google’s North American ads, payments, search and research products.
