The Deal: The attorneys with Moskowitz Mandell Salim & Simowitz represented buyers who paid $47 million for a two-acre Key Biscayne property in the second-largest Miami-Dade County residential deal of 2015. The sale closed Dec. 23.
Details: Moskowitz and Mandell said they cannot name their clients, who they described as “substantial net worth individuals.” The buying entity is Boca Breeze LLC, but Delaware corporate records do not list its principals.
