Lincoln Road lands another big deal: CBRE Global Investors buys Miami Beach's iconic parking garage and adjacent property.

Miami Beach's iconic modern parking garage has a new owner.
Developer Robert Wennett sold his acclaimed Lincoln Road parking and retail property as part of a $283 million deal to an affiliate of CBRE Group Inc., according to Miami-Dade County property records.
CBRE Global Investors LLC, the commercial real estate company's investment arm, recently closed on three properties developed by Wennett, including 1111 Lincoln Road, 1664 Lenox Ave. and 1666 Lenox Ave., property records show.
