The U.S. Attorney's Office removed a lawsuit against Samuel L. Townslee to Georgia Northern District Court on Tuesday. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by Mary A. Miller & Associates on behalf of GEICO, as subrogee of Jean Gerald Rimpel. The case is 1:22-cv-02937, GEICO General Insurance Company v. Townslee.
