Ingenico Inc., a cloud-based payments platform, was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Nov. 14 in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Ramey LLP and the Ducos Law Firm on behalf of Mesa Digital LLC, asserts a single patent related to a microprocessor and wireless transceiver module. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-05238, Mesa Digital, LLC v. Ingenico, Inc.
