Roxanne R. Kosarzycki recalls how, years ago, naysayers told her that women could never have meaningful jobs in pro football. But Kosarzycki had her goal, and she was driven. She applied to only one law school, because it was a feeder for Raiders legal department internships. Her gamble paid off, leading first to an unpaid internship and eventually to a full-time in-house position. ATLANTA AP - CDC Software Corp., a Chinese business software developer, said Wednesday it offered to buy all the outstanding shares of Chordiant Software Inc. for $105.1 million.The offer of $3.46 per share represents a 21 percent premium over the average closing price of the shares over the 30 trading days up to and including Tuesday, CDC said.
