Georgia voters and a nonprofit election transparency organization seeking a return to paper ballots to safeguard election security are asking a federal judge in Atlanta to permit them to challenge the safety and accuracy of Georgia's newly purchased replacement voting system that electronically converts voter ballots to printed bar codes that are then electronically scanned and tallied.
