                Wayne B. Norris has served as CEO of an expert witness firm that specialized in creating forensic videos in
                cases of murders, officer involved shootings, automobile crashes, and related circumstances.

                He has also served as Founder and Chief Scientist of a nuclear research laboratory engaged in counterterror-
                ism work, as President and CFO of an international software company that he took public on US markets, as   NON-MEDICAL RESUMES
                the President and Chief Pilot of a charter airline and Cessna Pilot Center, and as the President of an environ-
                mental firm. He has also been a host on the radio talk show he created, Business and Technology, in the Cali-
                fornia south coast broadcast area, and has been interviewed on the Anderson Cooper 360 show.

                Mr. Norris has acted as an expert witness in more than 90 cases in federal, state, and local venues over the
                last several decades. His work includes the following:

                Mr. Norris personally holds 7 granted patents in nuclear instrumentation and sublethal ammunition. He has 6
                pending patents in online securities trading, 1 filed patent in cell phone geolocation, and has authored a 15th
                patent in real estate escrow processes. He holds the Project Management Professional [PMP] and Certified
                Scrum Master [CSM] agile project management credentials, and he holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certif-
                icate [ATP]. He has co-authored scientific research articles in Journal of the Atmospheric Sciences and in
                Combustion and Flame Journal, was a physicist working on the Apollo Project including pre-launch engineer-
                ing and analysis of the moon rocks returned by Apollos 11 and 12, and he has performed research on the Van
                Allen Radiation Belts. He is the author of 2 books.

                He has testified in multiple jurisdictions on approximately 40 occasions, spanning both court testimony and
                depositions, and has authored approximately 102 expert reports.

                Mr. Norris specializes in explaining extremely complex concepts to general audiences in accessible and under-
                standable ways.  He has delivered more than 50 invited talks to US Government agencies, including to US
                Congressional and Senatorial staffs. He has 52 years of professional service and 62 years writing and manag-
                ing the development of computer software, beginning in 1959.
