1984 to Present Dan Napier & Associates -- DNA Industrial Hygiene
Private Practice, Industrial Hygiene, Safety and Environment. DNA Industrial Hygiene is an employee owned
scientific organization. Dan founded DNA in 1984. It actively is engaged in the improvement of environment in
general and more specifically the work area. In addition to his work at DNA he is involved in the following:
Advises a wide range of clients in regards to their employee health and safety programs. Directs Sub-Contractors
or General Contractors during the mitigation of various environmental issues, advises and directs environmental
assessors. He conducts surveys for industrial hygiene issues, general safety, machine guarding, occupational
health safety and employee/management safety systems. He provides accident investigation services. He
conducts baseline studies for environmental and safety and health issues. Mr. Napier represents organizations and
works closely with the employers legal representatives during OSHA, Cal-OSHA, AQMD, APCD, EPA and
Local Environmental Agency compliance hearings.
Dan manages hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold, etc) removal projects for clients. He provides environ-
mental safety consultation services. He manages environmental clean up projects, designs and installs pollution
control equipment. He teaches course work that he wrote for workers and managers involved in asbestos and lead
mitigation. DNA Industrial Hygiene (1A General Contractor) has managed the removal of countless underground
storage tanks, demobilized aerospace defense plants and managed extremely complex environmental issues. Dan
is the qualifier and sole owner of DNA Industrial Hygiene a California State licensed 1A hazardous materials
general contractor. Evaluates residential and industrial properties for chemical hazards, physical hazards, and
other exposures.
