Protection Professional (CPP) –Maintained continuously since 2007. The ASIS CPP
is the Gold Standard for Security Certification, to qualify must have 7 years of
private sector security management experience, possess a bachelor’s degree or
higher, complete a 225-question assessment test covering security standards and
practices topics including; security operations, emergency/crises management,
investigations, risk management, asset protection, executive protection,
information technology security, special event security, CCTV and electronic
security systems. Recertification requirements including audited 60 CEU’s every
three years. Member of International Association of Independent Security
Consultants (IAPSC). Member of International Homicide Investigators Association.
Thirty Years of Corporate Security Management in large Gaming Resorts in
multiple jurisdictions, five years of experience overseeing Risk Management,
Insurance and Claims function for 5 gaming/resort operations. 10 years’
experience as expert witness. Performed security and compliance audits on high
liability operations. Provided premises liability expert witness litigation support
and consulting for over 175 cases.
