was also an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 12 years. Former Assignment Judge Travis Francis
served for 25 years on the bench in Middlesex County, and was previously in the Middlesex
County Public Defender’s Office. Former Judge James Rothschild was elected by the
Supreme Court to be the complex civil litigation judge in the state's busiest county. We also
benefit from the guidance of Stewart Pollock, former New Jersey Supreme Court Justice and
a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Arbitrators.
