authored Engineering Reports on over 800 legal cases. As part of Resident Engineering & Inspection
(REI) teams, he has assisted in managing over $600 million dollars of critical infrastructure construction
projects for government agencies in New York and New Jersey. Key responsibilities have been to ensure
