• Case Medical, Inc. (South Hackensack, NJ), General Counsel to the company (2017-2022): Supervised all
litigation and regulatory actions involving the company, providing legal counsel on all aspects of company
operations, and assisting with development/review of supply and quality contracts.
• Wyeth (Madison, New Jersey), Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Principal Corporate Officer, and
Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Division (1992-2009): Strategic worldwide responsibilities for five
operating departments of the company as well as Associate General Counsel responsibilities. Staff of 265 located
at Corporate and Division headquarters and plant sites throughout the world.
• 10 years of complex litigation experience at two international law firms. Served as Partner in Charge of the
Environmental Practice group at both firms, and provided legal expertise on an international level to a wide range
of corporate, banking, insurance, real estate and financial services clients.
• Served as Deputy Attorney General, Chief Counsel to the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of
Environmental Protection and Commissioner of Agriculture. Supervised all environmental litigation and
counseling for the State of New Jersey. Prosecuted several of the nation’s landmark environmental matters.
