independent consulting and witness work, I have been involved with over 50 legal actions .
My clients have included the U .S . EPA, U .S . Justice Department, Texas City Port
Authority, City of Oakland, State of Alaska, City of Dallas, City of San Francisco, Enbridge,
Equilon, EOTT, Texaco, Amoco, BP Amoco, Union Pacific Resources, Koch, Marathon

I am a graduate in industrial engineering from Texas A & M University and am a registered
professional engineer in Texas in the area of mechanical engineering .
