Having employees with religious objections to contraceptives maintain employer-provided health insurance with contraceptive coverage pursuant to the ACA's contraceptive mandate did not violate the Religious Freedom Restoration Act because the mandate did not impose a substantial burden on the employees' free exercise of religion.
